Matthew Stanton,  Managing Partner (MBA)  Matt has 25 years’ industry experience, including having worked in pharma industry for both Bayer and Boehringer Ingelheim in national and global marketing roles. Prior to joining the pharma industry he also gained experience in consumer marketing with Allied Domecq -  a UK international drinks company. His professional experience includes both national & global product launches, working as a core team member for the global pipeline marketing department and delivering an internal global launch readiness process across the organisation. He specialises in formulating internal workshops around competitive scenarios utilising wargaming methodology for international pharma clients.

Graeme Smith,  Managing Partner (MBA, MRPharmS)  A pharmacist by profession, Graeme has over 30 years’ of industry and consultancy expertise which encompasses pharmacy, international pharma, and consumer health. His experience includes brand management at Boehringer Ingelheim in both Mexico and the UK, pipeline marketing projects for Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH (including due diligence of several high value acquisitions), consumer health marketing at Colgate Palmolive and pricing and reimbursement and payer research consultancy at Total Healthcare Solutions (now part of UBC). At Novus he has led a range of large US, international and national consultancy projects for an extensive range of clients and brand challenges in most therapy areas.
